Registration Guidelines
The registration for EMO2025 is now open! Please read the guidelines below before proceeding to register via the link given at the bottom of this page:- Each accepted paper/abstract must be covered under a registration of at least one of the authors by the early registration date (05 Dec 2024 AoE) in order to be included in the proceedings.
- Each regular registration covers up to two (2) papers/abstracts co-authored by the delegate and gives access to all sessions, morning/afternoon tea and lunch breaks, and social events (welcome reception, conference dinner) at the conference. A third paper can be covered at an additional charge of 300AUD.
- Each student registration gives access to all of the above, but covers only one (1) paper/abstract:
- the registered student must be enrolled in a full-time Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree at the time of registration;
- the registered student should be the presenter of the paper at the conference (unless the paper is already covered under a different registration);
- the registered student should send a proof of student status to the local chair Ali Ahrari (a.ahrari@unsw.edu.au) - e.g., a letter from a university or supervisor/advisor confirming full-time student enrollment.
- The tutorial registration rate can be availed by one speaker per tutorial, and is treated as a full registration (i.e., it can cover up to two (2) papers co-authored by the speaker).
- The registration fee is non-refundable. However, it can be transferred to another person who qualifies for equal or lower cost registration. To request this, or for any other queries related to registration, please contact the Local chair Ali Ahrari (a.ahrari@unsw.edu.au)

The prices below are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of the goods and services tax (GST).

Please note: EMO2025 is primarily intended to be run as in-person conference. Even so, we recognize that travel may become infeasible for some delegates due to various circumstances. We will allow for online presentation in such cases, with the registration rates being the same as above. The remote participants may not get access to other on-site sessions as this is not a fully hybrid conference. More information about the final format will be provided closer to the conference. To get the best value out of the conference, we request the prospective participants to make every effort to attend the conference on-site.
